 Return & Refund Policy (30 Days)

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at liveluu.help@gmail.com, include your order number, and attach photos of the product.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the case and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used products or products with opened packaging.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your purchase without providing a reason.
Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
